Throughout his training career, Dr. Davis has been involved in a multitude of studies reaching the status of peer-reviewed publication. As a community orthopedic surgeon, it can be difficult to stay up on the current literature. Dr. Davis held a Lunch & Learn in October 2021 where he gave a presentation about the Mako Surgical Robot and the benefits of having a robot-assisted knee replacement. Colquitt Regional is the only hospital in South Georgia to utilize the Mako Surgical Robot.
